Escondido adaptive re-use

Our client bought a diamond-in-the-rough building just outside to Escondido’s historic, main street core.  Once demo commenced and the decades-old layers of drywall, ceilings and finishes were removed, the building started to reveal a rich material palette of brick, concrete and sloping wood ceilings.  Originally a medical office building with hallways, low ceilings and exam rooms, the building will be repurposed into creative office space with open ceilings, exposed materials, formal offices and conference rooms as well as colorful, casual spaces for meetings.
