Point loma condominium refresh, SAN DIEGO, CA

We, along with Chisholm Land Planning, are working with the architectural committee of a local condominium complex to refresh their entry areas and landscaping.  While the owners have a lot of pride in their building, grounds and community, several residents were interested in increasing the complex’s curb appeal with inviting entry sequences for both pedestrians and vehicles and with updated and water-saving landscaping.  The design process has included the creation of multiple entry trellis options, low-water planting palettes, and permeable paving strategies.
